The Emil Bauer family business has been growing wine for five generations. Following a generational change in 2011, the winery is now run by Norbert and his two sons, Alexander and Martin Bauer – three personalities, two generations, one opinion on the future.
It is precisely this combination of tradition and modernity, of experience and the desire to make something good even better, that allows a new generation of red and white wines to mature on almost 44 hectares of vineyards in the Southern Palatinate, wines that have recently caused a sensation not only in the trade press.
