We're just as impatient as you are when it comes to placing an order. That's why we do our best to ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible. We typically deliver within 1-3 business days within Germany. Orders placed after 1:00 PM will be shipped the following morning. Shipping is also done without any plastic.

As soon as we receive your order, we will send you an email with the order confirmation and a shipping confirmation once your goods have been dispatched. By providing your email address, you will receive a separate email from our shipping partner DHL with the tracking information for your shipment. This way, you can track exactly when your delivery will arrive.

We ship within Europe at the respective stated shipping costs.

DELIVERY SWITZERLAND 🇨🇭

Customs duties:

Customs duties and other fees are not included in our shipping costs and must be paid upon receipt of your order in Switzerland.

• is less than 61.72 CHF (at a VAT rate of 8.1%) or

• is less than 192.30 CHF (at a VAT rate of 2.6%),

VAT is not applicable as it would be less than 5 CHF.
